Faith, Property Entrepreneur and Key Note Speaker

  1. What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be many things, a doctor, a teacher, even a lollipop lady (because I thought it meant you got access to an unlimited supply of lollipops). Interestingly all the things that I wanted to do involved helping others.

  2. What do you want most in the future?

I would like to continue to be able to support the black community through my business and other initiatives.

  3. What’s been your biggest achievement to date?

Starting my own business and using it as a conduit to positively impact the black community.

  4. What’s your advice to other women/girls?

Be proud of who you are. Remember that you deserve to speak, to be heard, and to hold your own in the rooms, spaces, and environments that you occupy.

  5. What does it mean being a black woman in your industry?

It often means being ‘the only’ person that looks like you and being underestimated by your colleagues. However it is important to remember that even if you are ‘the only’, you are more likely to be remembered, so why not use that to your advantage, stand out, and show them never to underestimate your black girl magic!

  6. What school did you go to?

    I went to Alleyn’s School.

  7. What is the most important thing in the world to you?

My faith, my family, and living out what I believe to be is my purpose on this earth; serving others.
