What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a teacher or an actress.
What do you want most in the future?
To be in God’s perfect will for my whole life.
What’s been your biggest achievement to date?
Career wise? It would be working opposite Idris Elba on his hit comedy show “In The Long Run.”
What’s your advice to other women/girls?
In the words of Aaliyah “if at first you don’t succeed dust yourself off and try again”. Be kind to yourself and give yourself grace to grow. Don’t be afraid to work hard and rest when it’s time to rest. Celebrate other people's wins, because your time will come.
What does it mean being a black woman in your industry?
It means if I can do it you can do it. Just keep stepping one step at a time.
What school did you go to?
Convent of Jesus and Mary, now called St Claudines.
What is the most important thing in the world to you?
God, family and peace!
