Being elected as a councillor at 22.

See every mistake you make as an opportunity to learn an do better.
What does it mean being a black woman in your industry?
It means that you’ll be scrutinised twice as hard but know that you are helping make the way for black girls that come after you.

I went to a secondary school called Trinity and Dartford Grammar Girls sixth form.
What is the most important thing in the world to you?
Family.
