For people from disadvantaged backgrounds to be afforded the same opportunities as the privileged.
What’s been your biggest achievement to date?
I am still here! I am thriving in life, successful and happy.
What’s your advice to other women/girls?
Spend time investing in what makes you unique as an individual as that is what will make you successful.
What does it mean being a black woman in your industry?
As there are not many black female leaders in my industry I am seen as an example to others, as a by product of that you are watched closely. It mean’s a pressure to be successful in my role.

Northumberland Park Community School.
What is the most important thing in the world to you?
My support network who remind me I am a bad bitch. My support network consists of my faith, family and close friends. The 3Fs.
